10m Sprint Test
Short-distance acceleration assessment for explosive speed and first-step performance.
Open TestA structured athlete-performance testing library designed to measure speed, endurance, power, strength, mobility, agility and fitness. Record a result, understand the performance measure and build a repeatable baseline for future progress.

Testing is the measurement layer of EVOLVE. A test should produce a clear, repeatable performance result that can eventually connect with athlete profiles, historical results, training recommendations and progress tracking.
For meaningful progress comparisons, keep the testing protocol, equipment, measurement method, surface and general conditions as consistent as practical. Complete an appropriate warm-up before maximal or strenuous assessments.
